K1 jottings on how the valuation of personal productivity is changing

really big trick is to measure emotions- a group like http://www.antidote.org.uk does for education and healthcare

and frankly I think we all can - you know how some groups of people have buzz and other dont; systems are blunt things whether at team or corporate levels; they tend to only compound one of 2 things

all the greatest emotions - trust (eg no disconnects in service or activating knowledge), courage (eg no fear of innovation or passing bad news up hierarchy), open participation (whole system purpose: multidisciplinary, multicultural, listening's loops as well as action learning's), joy (what sustains lifelong service and adaptivity around making a difference) ~ BUZZ

all the opposite ~ UNBUZZ

moreover psychologists have repeatedly shown that a customer knows how a boss tgreats an employee by the way that the employee treats the customer, and other flows which explain why separability is the worst possible mathematical assumption to make in valuing intangibles - ie intangibles map with the connectivity operand of multiplication unlike tangiles that can be reported with addition (the operation of separabilty)

moreover the chief economist of the work foundation now has ample proof for the statement : in developed countries service economies, an underperforming organisation is now 90% likely to be a system problem of management and governance and only 10% of the time a worker problem - how it is that so many national governments care of duty for their peoples can tolerate so much job cutting given this fact without ever holding top management more to account is amazing unless your reading of systems authorities concludes that measurement professions advising .gov are as bust as of .com - look at the exponentials of sector after sector or the ocnsequences for pensioners to be and society who are always dependent on hi-trust and long-run compound health productive & demanding relationship systems NOT speculative periods of performing
